The Mission
This is a community-rooted wellness collective offering therapeutic, creative, and community-based support for women and mothers. Rooted in presence and care through life’s transitions. This work intentionally centers women, mothers, and families who are underserved by traditional wellness spaces.
The mission is to create spaces where women, especially mothers can put down what they are carrying and be held. A place where you can be slow, tender, messy, and present.
These are communal spaces that do not exist yet because the systems we live in are not built for this kind of care or culture. But we are. My goal is not to just bridge the gap but to fill it by holding women through transition times like birth, identity shifts, grief, unraveling, and becoming.
Therapy Groups, Individual Sessions, Couple Birth Support, Mami & Me, Workshops, and more.

— Former Client“I came in feeling exhausted and really sick of talking about my own life and struggles. Therapy helped me learn how to adjust and understand how I got here. Since have learned how to take care of myself as a mom while balancing all of my roles. She helped me to see that I was more than just one thing”

Frequently asked questions
-
We review your goals, history, and current concerns at a comfortable pace. You’ll learn what therapy might look like, and ask questions.
There’s no pressure to share more than you want on day one together, ever.
-
I am currently a private-pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time.
I understand that cost can be a barrier, so I offer a limited number of sliding scale openings to support accessibility while I move toward accepting insurance in the future.
-
Sessions range from $25–$175, depending on length, services, and insurance. Please see my pricing page for a more detailed menu of my services and offerings. I am happy to work with clients on a sliding scale model, so please be sure to let me know and we can find a price that works for you!
-
We hold your appointment time exclusively for you. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a late fee.
However, because we use telehealth, if a sudden childcare issue arises, you can often still keep your session by taking the call from a quiet room or parked car.
All groups and workshops are non-refundable.
-
I offer both in-person and virtual sessions and groups at this time.
-
I’m an inclusive, LGBTQ+ affirming practitioner. My practice is inclusive and affirming for everyone. I meet people where they are without judgement or assumption and honor each person’s lived experience as valid and worthy of care.
